- After verification, we will arrange a secure return pickup.
- Once the product is inspected and approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time free exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be returned in original condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices.
- Any subsequent exchange requests will be accepted with applicable shipping and handling charges borne by the customer.
- Exchange value will be based on the original invoice value.
Lifetime Buyback Policy
We offer a lifetime buyback on all lab grown diamond jewelry.
Customers are eligible for:
- 80% of the prevailing market value of the lab grown diamonds
- 100% of the current gold value, as per the rate decided by our company on the date of evaluation
- Buyback is applicable only if the product is returned in its best original condition, subject to inspection and approval.
- Original invoice and certification must be provided at the time of buyback.
