Cancellation Policy
At Raisoni Jauharis, we take pride in creating fine lab-grown jewellery with precision and care. We understand that there may be situations where an order needs to be cancelled. Please read our cancellation policy below to understand your rights and obligations:
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- Time Frame: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any cancellation fee, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
- How to Cancel: Email us at info@raisonijauharis.com or call us at +91 9898332511 with your order number and cancellation request.
2. After 24 Hours / Once Order is Processed
- For customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces, cancellation is not allowed once the production process has begun.
- For ready-to-ship products, cancellations after 24 hours but before shipping may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and could be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% of the order value.
3. Post-Dispatch / Delivered Orders
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under our Returns Policy.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Transaction charges, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Jurisdiction
This policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of India. All legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
